When You Combing Habit and Attitude, You Get Exceptional Leaders

Meet the Leadership Leader
Meet Leadership Habitude Founder Linda Duffy“Be the first to volunteer.” Linda Duffy recalls these words as the earliest — and best — business advice she’s ever received. By putting her hand in the air and taking on any challenge, Linda developed a keen sense of what it takes to lead a successful business team.

“By becoming the leader, you have to learn quickly how to assess your team and get things done,” says Linda. “You may make mistakes when you’re in new territory, but you learn how to solve the problems and grow from the challenge.”

Linda knows that it’s not just a good attitude and a title that makes a leader. After more than 20 years in executive-level human resources management, Linda has seen the best — and the worst — leaders at work. Linda founded Leadership Habitude to help leaders work through the often emotional and difficult decisions that come with executive management.

Uniquely Focused
What Does it Take to be a Leader? When you work with Linda, you get an individual who is uniquely able to see past the fluff and get to the core of the situation. To Linda, this is the key of truly solving — and not just quelling — difficult people problems.

Using what she calls "practical psychology" developed through decades of top leadership development study and advanced training, Linda has helped her clients control turnover expense, manage tricky layoffs and corporate transitions, develop potential in new leaders, and increase organizational efficiency through team-building analysis and coaching.

Whether it was in her many years in high-tech and manufacturing industries or assisting publicly-traded companies through acquisitions and mergers, Linda’s unique training and coaching strategy has worked in organizations of varying sizes and types.

Dedicated to Giving Back
Uniquely FocusedLinda's innate ability to focus on the key needs of the organization and develop strategies that met their desired outcomes benefits small and large businesses alike, but Linda is also an active supporter of local non-profit organizations.

Community non-profits such as the Center for Hope and Healing, Working Wardrobes and others benefit from her creative thinking and strategy skills — work that Linda finds especially rewarding.
